an individual has added a person as a duplicate in FT, but the person added is still living but has been marked as deceased. I have contacted that contributor and asked them to remove the name but no response. How else can this name be removed, since we can no longer call the help line and get personal help.

The way to ask FS staff's assistance in marking a profile "living" is to edit the death conclusion and choose the "living" radio button. You will be promted to enter a reason you know the person is alive, and to give the current residence if possible. FS staff will look into the matter and make the change if they agree with you.
