How can we obtain a copy of the actual document for viewing to verify the information, prior to attaching it to the ancestors record?

My husband received a 'hint' on one of his ancestors for a marriage record in Indiana Marriages, 1811-2019, database. Unfortunately the actual record is not available for viewing except to go to a Family History Center or Library. He went to the Family History Library in Chino Stake, California. However, he still could not view it. He is a Stake Temple and Family History Consultant for the Chino Stake. No film number is given only a cite for the record "Indiana Marriages, 1811-2019", database with images, FamilySearch (https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:WGL8-GBMM

How can we obtain a copy of the actual document for viewing to verify the information, prior to attaching it to the ancestors record. We know that not always "hints" are really our relative. We have completed a form on the https:/forms.office.com site but not sure that will get us the copy that we need.
