Signing New People into Community
For the past several weeks, new people who are either new to FS or have had an account on FS, but have not previously signed up for Community are unable to sign in! There's a bizarre error message. I serve at the Family Search Library and it has been an on-going issue for over a month. It's rather unfortunate as I usually recommend people sign up for Community. It's not an issue of them not having the email connected to their FS account, as I verified that they were all connected and it was public. FS staff tried to detect the problem and had the same issue. HELP!
