indexing Boston Mass. tax records
the quides say "do not index company names"
What if it is a name like"Mark D. Jones co."
It is a company, but also an individuals name. I have been indexing them as an individual.

This question was asked previously and according to the answer that came back you are doing the indexing properly. The answer was, If there is a full name index it. If in your example it was just "The Jones co." you would not index it.
