In batch [M9C7-NX5], it appears that the spouse for the last entry, record 3344, is listed as a correction. While the original information indicated that the person was single, there is a footnote with a name.

Any help with the corrected information would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I do not read Italian but the rule is generally that if information is crossed out/corrected we use the corrected information. It is likely going to be up to your judgement if this is the case here unless we can get someone who does understand Italian to chime in.
