Yes. I had an phone appointment with a consultant but that wasn't helpful. I'd already done the things she wanted me to do: try different browser, turn computer on and off, sign in and out of FS, delete cookies and browsing history. Ultimately she suggested I call back. I need to speak to a tech person, but I think if I request another appointment I'll get someone with the same list of suggestions. Frustrating.

One suggestion you did not mention was checking that your browsers are up-to-date.
In what way is the home page unresponsive?
If you requests another appointment you can explain what you have already tried.

I imagine that this problem is unique to your specific device? and that if you try another computer or device it works ok?
you might consider that maybe a anti-virus program or similar - could be blocking certain tasks.

Thanks for the response. It suddenly started working, independent of anything I tried. The problem started when FS was working on the site. I assume it was some kind of glitch. Anyway, all is well now.
