U S Virginia - Vital Records 1715-1901 [Part B] [M3RL-282] page 357

The left side of this birth record has another document on top of the majority of the information needed. It looks to be a court document, naming a complainant and defendant. Clearly not a birth record. I am unable to proceed and haven't been able to locate the correct document by looking at reference images. How to proceed?

    The overlay, which is the typed document, has no indexable information. If you look at the +1 reference image you will see the page under that overlay in it's complete form. The indexer who indexes that +1 image will be able to index the entire page underneath. Go ahead and mark your image as No No Extractable Data.
