What do I mark: death or birth?

There are three columns on this document.

Column one: numbers, could be page numbers

Column two: last name

Column three: first name

    "It appears that the images in the share batch are indexes. Indexes are images with only a name and reference information, such as page or volume number, with no other information, such as dates, available. Indexes should be marked as No, No Extractable Data."

    Thank you. Does the No, No Extractable Data go in the area where birth, marriage, and death are listed? If so, how do I get it to stay in place? Is there a key stroke or place above that you pull down

    As shown in my screenshot above, you select it in Step 1: Images, instead of the Yes option.
