Registering for the community
I am a Stake FH Consultant and cant find a solution for a patron,
She is attempting to join this community to ask for help, when she enters the community from Family Search it says "It looks like your new here register or sign in, either option takes her to a page that asks her to enter a username to be identified with, There is a box to type in, above that box was a red box which said something like "Integer unverified", now it just says "session expired", how can i solve this problem. Thanks.

I would recommend the patron restart the web app she is using now, or launch a different app and use that. Then register on Community.
Community is a separate platform from the rest of FamilySearch, with a separate login, so the patron can use the same display name as on Family Tree, or a different one.

We are sorry for the inconvenience this is causing. This is an issue that was recently reported to our Engineers. We hope the problem will be resolved soon.

For me, this is a problem with Chrome, but not with Firefox.

This issue has been fixed as of this morning. If you still see this happening, please post the information here so we can reopen the issue with the engineers.
