Why does the Daytona Beach, Florida FHC have conflicting information?
On the FamilySearch location search page, the Daytona Beach location gives a phone number that, when I called today, said is either "disconnected or out of service". I called today because the hours listed are Tuesdays 10 am to 2 pm.
On the wikipedia page, https://www.familysearch.org/en/wiki/Daytona_Beach_Florida_Family_History_Center it gives a different phone number that is also "out of service". Also, the hours say "by appointment only". There is also a name and email listed that I haven't tried yet.
Which is it for this location? Tuesdays 10 to 2 OR by appointment only. Or are the Tuesdays correct and other times are by appointment only. Since both phone numbers are invalid, I have no way to find out. I don't wan't to go there on a Tuesday to find out whether or not they are open because it is a 10 mile round trip for me.

It is the responsibility of the FHC to keep their info up to date on WIKI. I would say try the email address and suggest they update their WIKI info. If they need help the can make an appointment with Tech Support and we will gladly help them.

This can happen when the information in the Church Directory of Leaders is missing or conflicts with other information. We regularly encourage that the Church Directory of Leaders be checked to verify the hours of operation are current and correct. However as that can now only be edited from a Family History Center computer, it is not being updated as often as it should.

Update: I sent a message to the email address listed on the Wiki site on August 7 and have not heard back yet. It appears this email address is still active because I didn't receive a message that said undeliverable. Perhaps the person doesn't check their email frequently. I will wait until the end of August for a response. If no response, is there anyone who can look into this and obtain the correct contact info for the Daytona Beach FHC?
