So this is a source from Ancestry: https://search.ancestry.com/cgi-bin/sse.dll?db=pennchurch_ga&indiv=try&h=67322 whose citation references a FamilySearch historical record database.

Looking in the database for Pennsylvania births, it looks like the equivalent record is here: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:V2N5-WHT

Looking at the documentation for that record you see this:

    Screen Shot 2022-07-22 at 8.22.39 PM.png

So this comes from microfilm 20489.

Going to the FamilySearch catalog and searching for that microfilm, you get these result: https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/results?count=20&query=%2Bfilm_number%3A20489

The first item is this: https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/221236?availability=Family%20History%20Library

The first section in that item is the one that is has been indexed, so that is where the record will be found:

The camera that means the film has been digitized has a little key over it which means the images have restrictions. Trying to view them you see:

    Screen Shot 2022-07-22 at 8.31.04 PM.png

So if you go to a Family History Center or an affiliate library, you can go to this catalog entry, open the film, and scroll through it to find the microfilm image of the original record.
