SS request not valid - Spouse duplicate

Notice in the attached image that I cannot request Sealing to Spouse. But, if doesn't say why!
This person does not have duplicates. But, after a few attempts I found it was the spouse that had a duplicate.
Suggestion: Indicate on the pop-up that "Spouse has possible duplicates"
