It displays normally for me. Perhaps you tried during a busy period when the system was overloaded?

the link I provided - in itself works - but ON that page is a different link that says click here it is that link that brings up the following message

Sorry, I misunderstood.

The Digital Library catalog record for the whole journal The Report (Ohio Genealogical Society) - v. 20, no. 1 (spring 1980) is https://www.familysearch.org/library/books/records/item/716877-the-report-ohio-genealogical-society-v-20-no-1-spring-1980

and it says "Due to copyright restrictions, this book cannot be viewed online".

So it would seem that perhaps the the catalogue entry from the general catalogue https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog/2524848 has become incorrect, but has not been able to be changed due to a freeze on catalogue matters while a new catalogue is being worked on.
