Link living descendants to read-only ancestor

I'm helping my daughter set up her account, but the auto-generated tree did not link her to her great-grandma (read only record).

What is the process to request this?

@S Morgan Robertson, have her sign-in under Her Account. Go to her person/detail page. If her Living parents are not already there have her click "+Add Parents". There she will enter in her copy of her Living Parents. Then on the Parents' person page click "+Add Parents" and add in the grandparents by their PID number.

Oh wait, missed the Read-Only part of your post. So likely FS will have to intervene.

@Chas Howell Thanks for responding. I have contacted the support center and was told to direct my query here in the community. Is there another way to invoke FamilySearch intervention? They had me create a duplicate of the read-only ancestor and ask for a merge with the read-only record.
