@JanTropp, the coordination meeting exists to help implement the Ward T&FH plan. You should really consider posting to the group I cited above. You will likely get much more helpful responses there. This public FamilySearch Family Tree general question forum is not really designed for specific Church related topics like yours.

Start with reading Chapter 25 of the General HB. But I don't think you need "Topics" as such. The Ward leadership should just work the program as outlined and implement the Ward plan. Also FamilySearch Community is not really the right forum for Church related issues such as the one you have. This is a public forum about FS Family Tree. You would be better served contacting you local Ward and Stake leadership or maybe you could post to the Church Facebook site. You might ask, I think there is a Church Facebook account .https://www.facebook.com/groups/churchofjesuschristinspirationandnews/ I also think there a Church related Family Tree Group.
