@JulieVWilcox, what happens when she goes to familysearch.org and tries to sign in with her Church Account? Also maybe a Moderator could move this post to the "FamilySearch Account" category for more help.

She told me it shows user name or password is incorrect when she tries to log in via family search - but same data works on church website, so they go to FamilySearch via that route. Could you, or someone else (moderator?) contact her.

We deleted the members private information because this is a public forum. We made note of the information before that deletion.
Also, we are sending you a private message regarding this issue.
Best wishes.

Hello. I'm not sure this will help. First I always delete cookies. You could reset your familysearch.org password and username. Maybe that would help.
However some time ago we were notified we needed two accounts one for church and one for FamilySearch.
As a Church member, you can still sign in to the FamilySearch.org website with your Church Account. On the sign-in page, click Sign In with Church Account. This will allow you to continue to use one sign-in for all Church web properties. Note: If you created a brand new account after September 13, 2021, you must create a separate FamilySearch account in order to sign-in to the FamilySearch mobile apps (including Family Tree and Memories).

I find these sign in problems difficult. I called the help line for one of our Midvale Family History Center visitors to resolve the problem for her. They did a great job. Family Search support for the US is 866-406-1830.
