Hi, I'm wondering what I need to do with a list of deceased passengers, which is included in the above batch. The pages in the Reference Images before and after it are lists of passengers who arrived at Albany on the same ship. The list on the right hand side of the same page is a list of ports that the ship stopped at on the voyage.

Do I mark it as No Extractable Data?

You should index that page the same as all the other pages. The condition of the folks upon their arrival doesn't matter. The purpose of indexing to have a searchable index so people can find records of their ancestors. They will be able to find a death record somewhere else, but, they will probably learn more information from this precious document.
