I'm trying to access my family tree, but the following message appears

Account Not Authorized

FamilySearch Family Tree is accessible in Japan only to authorized FamilySearch users. Please contact FamilySearch Support at https://community.familysearch.org/ and provide your username to activate your account.


How can I get access ? Thank you.
