error messages
I've been trying to download a batch to index but keep getting an error message. This has been happening for the past few weeks. The message does say we are aware ( or something like that) but issue still remains. Thinking today perhaps its something my end i set about deleting all cookies but again made no difference. I am using Avast secure browser as the browser i usually use (Firefox) is even worse, not been able to use that one for nearly a year.

Ry using Chrome. And regarding Firefox, try downloading the latest version and clearing cookies and cache/browsing history.

I have experienced the same issue for about six months. I actually called the help missionaries and talked with a wonderful gentlemen who had me clear cookies and cache/browsing history, non of which helped. Tired to use Chrome; tried to use Explorer and finally He had me load Firefox and it worked for one day and then every batch I tried to load gave me the error message again. I LOVE to index and this problem has certainly inhibited my ability to help.
Is there ANY answer for those of us who are experiencing this issue?? Thanks!!

There is a reputable program called CCleaner. I’ve used the free version for years. Some people run it weekly. It will “clean up” your PC, and may help. It clears cache and cookies among other actions. You seem to have tried all sorts of other measures with no permanent solution. If you’re interested, check out CCleaner.com to download it. Also, before even trying that make sure that your Windows installation is fully updated. And run a virus scan. Please let us know what happens
