Leslie, we would suggest some housekeeping tasks, such as clearing cookies and past search data in whatever browser you are using. FamilySearch recommends Google Chrome. Make sure that your browser is up to date Latest version of Chrome is Version 102.0.5005.115
If you still experience problems we suggest you send us a screen shot of the instance happening, the url of where it is occurring and the browser you are using.
