Print of an ordinance report for a family group... possible?

Is it possible to print out the ordinance dates and locations for multiple persons (all in the same family)? I am struggling to communicate over the phone with some persons regarding an unrecorded ordinance. There is a lot of confusion as we seem to be looking at different things. Since only leaders can communicate directly with the membership and temples about ordinance questions, a report for us all to view would be helpful. I can take screen prints, but that would be multiple for each individual x 10 individuals. Would love to find out about a simpler way to view this, and especially to share it.

    When you say all in the same family, do you mean a set of parents and children? Under Print, the last item in the right hand column, you can print a Family Group Sheet by choosing Family.

    This will include all the ordinances for a set of parents and children.

    I dont have a sure answer for you

    but as far as two people not looking at the same thing (the same person) - using the PID there should never be any question as to the person being viewed.

    also using the DESCENDANTS view - you can show pending temple work for anyone on the descendants tree - and maybe that would help out.

    @mariabevans

    Your concern sounds more like a desire to check for missing ordinances or at least ordinances that are different in your personal records than what you see in Family Tree, rather than an actual "printing" issue.

    If you need help to resolve any questions about ordinances that do not appear in Family Tree, rather than posting in the General category, please use the Community Temple category so that you post can be viewed by those who can work with you privately to try to resolve your concern.

    I will be sending you a personal message in the hopes that you can provide me with details about your issue. Please respond to that personal message if I can be of service...

    My interpretation was they were speaking by phone and having a hard time trying to see the same thing and the same ordinances as the person on the phone was seeing . . .

    Thank you all.

    To clarify the print option mentioned above can be found under the "Individual" and then the "Details" tab. Far right, all the way down, and "Family" under the Print subhead. This will print up a family group sheet with all the ordinance dates listed for parents, spouse, and children.

    yes - and if you print to "pdf" you wont even need a physical printer

    are you accessing this on a smart device or on a computer?

    Also - using the descendants view you can browse more than just parents and children - but multiple generations all on a single scrollable screen. (without so much unnecessary info that is on the family group sheet if all you care about is the temple status)
