This person (PID) cannot be found

I've used and added to Family Search for years without any problems. In the past few days I can still look at records of people that I have created and also other people. However when I press the Tree button I get the message 'This person (PID) cannot be found' - and that is even for my own parents! Has something changed in recent days and/or why is this happening and how can it be fixed? Thanks

Yes, I experienced that behaviour yesterday. Hopefully, it was just a brief glitch and things are back to usual.

No - just tried again (as I write) and it's still (for me) an intermittent fault. I just refreshed the page and the landscape view was then as expected.

Certainly not a cache / cookies issue as my browser (Firefox) is set to clear everything once closed, which it has been overnight.

As is evident from the change in controls for the tree views, they are working on updating those pages. I wouldn't be surprised if this process occasionally causes the whole tree view system to crash on and off or to just be unavailable during a brief update. I would hope things settle down in a few days.

The other possibility that somewhere some major servers are having difficulty. Between fires, floods, and wars, some of the large data pipelines could be having problems. That is likely to be the issue if after refreshing the page a few times, it finally loads properly.
