This is the second time my account has been hi-jacked by unknown persons. I am concerned that this could be very destructive to my family line and my memories.

Is this a system wide occurrence? I have changed my PW recovery email; and tried to verify and change my username, but each time the system said system error try again later. I tried 3 times. Help!

Dear Brother Jones, I can't thank you enough! You are wonderful! Thank so much for calling and walking me through restoring my database. I was so thankful that you could go into my database. This was the second time was database was stolen. Again thank you!

How to restore all the things I worked on for a year. Some of the close family members pages can't be opened, a message comes up stating that he person does not exist, was removed, or is restricted by Family Search. The person existed, was not removed, why would it be restricted suddenly when I was able to access the page for a year?

Help would be appreciated, second day I try to call the support number, can't get anybody on the line, my email is not answered.
