When we click onto it, it comes up with a message saying"Sorry you have been Blocked" what can we do??
Wait for the engineers to find and fix the issue. Engineers from both FamilySearch and Ancestry have been working on this issue for several days to resolve. They have made several fixes only to see the issue reappear needing a different fix.
Thank you Ken for looking in to this. We have several patrons that come in on a daily basis using the AncestryInstitution and are frustrated. Thanks for all your work in fixing this issue.

Perhaps may not be relevant, but I had a lot of problems with another website that was using the same Cloudflare security system, and was regularly sending me messages that I was blocked out, (without any justification that could be seen) so perhaps the problem has something to do with Cloudflare.
