Incorrect link in Family Search
A Patron of the Oakland FamilySearch Library has identified an incorrect link. The camera link on this page does take you to Film (DGS) of 8255737 but that is not 'Extracts of Inyo County, California, will, 1868-1900', but rather some Civil War burial information. Thanks for looking into this.

The film does contain the records indicated, in Item 5 (which begins on image 505). There is nothing wrong with the link or the catalog entry.
