I’m helping a member from my ward to recover his account at familysearch. He created an account and had put some details I. His family tree.

However, he hasn’t been accessed to the account for more than 10 years. He can’t even remember his username and password.

We typed in his email address trying to research for his account at familysearch. An email returned with 2 usernames.

He did some temple ordinances for ancestors in the past and because he had put in details for other relatives. He doesn’t want to create a new account.

How can we help him? Is it possible to recover his account by his membership number?

Attached please find the return email mentioned.

Thanks 🙏🏼
