I am assuming that you are in a Family History Center. The leader of the Family History Center needs to make sure that the FHC Portal is available on that computer. They can call in ad click on the FHC Queue and we can assist them. The FHC Portal tab needs to be available and then you need to sign into FamilySearch then the Ancestry Institution will be available.
Hopefully this will help.

As of June 7th you can no longer access ancestry institution at the FHC, if you try you will get the message "Sorry you have been blocked" and from what our director said it's all over the country.

There is a known issue with the connection to the Ancestry Institution link in the Family History Centers. Ancestry is working to get this corrected and will hopefully get it back up soon. ☺️

Thanks for the responses! I work in the Family History Library (in SLC, UT), and a missionary made me aware of the issue. She had noticed it on two different FHL computers, so it seems to be system-wide. The icon just no longer shows up where it used to.

You can get ancestry institution now but it's like it was two weeks ago, you get the pop-up that says "checking your browser" each time you click a link and most of the time you can't get the image if there is one.

Yeah, we’re seeing the same at our FHC in Pontefract, England. Ancestry Institution looks like this when we try to view images of records.

New York City FHC is having the same issue with not being able to see the images in Ancestryinstitution. Is there any idea of when this will be corrected?

It will be corrected when everyone on FamilySearch pays for Ancestry.
