Hi,
I was having problems with Realative Finder last month. I deleted my account and reset it. It is still doing waht everyone is now complaining about.
I have attempted merging, deleting, unlinking profiles. Now my pedigree is going crazy. I am in the Maroondah Australia Family History Centre Catchent Area.
I have many profiles that are currently problematic with duplications, additions and causing me to not be able to use Realative Finder. They all extend from my mother Elizabeth Lorraine Humay (previously Wotherspoon) (born Fletcher) FSID = G96J-499
I am praying that your technicians can soon fix the problem.

Joanne.
Can you use a different browser on your computer platforms of choice? Like Vivaldi, Opera or Firefox? I test FamilySearch on all of them (I use Safari for the main browser on my platform).
Does the issues you are having "follow you around" if you use different computers at the Maroondah Australia Family History Centre Catchent Area?

Hi Robert,
As a matter of fact, I have shifted address this year, and the problem has followed me to my new address after adding many profiles of my extended family on both sides of my pedigree.

Relative Finder (offered by BYU) is a different site from FamilySearch. It does pull data from the FamilySearch Family Tree (FSFT). You would need to verify the information in FSFT is correct. Here are a few articles that may help in cleaning up your branch of the shared Tree.
How do I see what changes were made about a person in Family Tree?
How do I undo an incorrect change in Family Tree?

Thank you for the distinction between Relative Finder and FamilySearch. I know the BYU Family Lab is very experimental.
