How to change incorrect birth date?

Can't work out how to do this. I put the date but it is incorrect and I would like to correct it

Thank you for contacting FamilySearch Community.

1. Go to the date and click on "Edit"
2. Enter the correct date. The system will give you a standardized date, please click on this
3. Provide a reason you are changing the date
4. Click on Save
5. The new date should appear on the Person Page
