"New Portrait Processing"

I have tried to upload two portraits almost two weeks ago, one for my grandfather and one for my grandmother.

I keep getting this message; "New Portrait Processing".

Can anyone help?

Why is it not uploading?

    In the meantime, it is always good to clear your cache and cookies from your computer just be be sure you are not suffering from all-too common problems. The following link will walk you through the steps to do that.
