when using Messages, I am not getting the replies displayed. The most recent reply is displayed in the summary list of messages but not in the body of the messages itself. See attachd example

Still not working ... see original example. Subsequent messages in the "dialogue" and not being displayed correctly (not at all). For me, it has rendered Messages useless.

Possibly a manifestation of this BUG:

found a workaround, if you have a high powered magifying glass or telescope. Otherwise, useless.

the work around is using a mouse that has a mouse wheel

This is a standard view when you don't have your browser maximized. It cuts off on sides and bottom. Simply make the viewing window the max size and this problem will go away. It is not really a FamilySearch issue, you will see this in many places, like Ancestry, etc.

even with the browser maximized - if the message is more than one page long it cuts it off

the problem is there is no way to scroll when the message is bigger than one page.

I haven't seen any movement in the direction of resolving this issue. I have concluded that, for me, messaging has been rendered useless. Any thoughts?

It took me awhile to figure out how to see my messages as I had to use my mouse wheel to see all the messages on the page. Why does familysearch.org "fix" what isn't broken, and then make it harder to use?

I NEVER use my mouse 'wheel'.   I guess I will have to start. Thank heavens for this feedback messaging service because I would never have thought of using the mouse wheel to scroll down the page.
