"Possible Duplicate" and "Find Similar People" searches

Does anyone have a recent example of a duplicate record in Family Tree that was not found with "Possible Duplicates", but was found with "Find Similar People"?

    I find it interesting that the iOS Family Tree App did find a potential match for Opal Tucker while web version of FamilySearch did not.
