1900 census is showing head of household only in this example: https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:M3WB-3QV

I am interested in the household of Mary Winters, with children James, John, and Mary in Philadelphia, but can see the problem applies at least to this whole page. It appears correctly on Ancestry.com.

I heard there were issues with the 1900 census back in February, and am not sure if this is related to that or not. For awhile I just cold not find the family, but then figured it out and saw only the mom is showing up.

It also is not letting me even attach the record for the mom. See screenshots. It goes blank on the right of the source linker when I select the person to attach it to.

Hello and thank you for posting this. Both of the issues you describe are ongoing issues with the 1900 Census and our engineering team is aware of this and is working to find solutions. It's very helpful to have the link you sent. I'm a volunteer missionary with FamilySearch and I will send this over to the team that is currently working on this. Again, thank you for taking the time to post this.
