I am indexing "Principle Probate Registry".  I reached the end of the page and only half way through the enteries.  How do I turn the page to continue?

It's always best to share your Batch Code for the most accurate answer. Help>Share Batch will tell you how.

This project delivers 30 empty entries for each image. But that doesn't mean that you need to use them all - it's just a guess as to what you might need. It sounds like you need about 16 for your current batch. When you've indexed all the records from your image(s), delete the extras using the trashcan icon in the middle of the horizontal toolbar with the option Delete "all blank entries." That should allow you to submit your batch.

If 30 empty entries are ever insufficient, you will use the + sign icon to the left of the trashcan to add as many blank entries as you need.

    Thank you.

My new questions: I started a new batch with 40 entries. I completed the first image, but the screen would not pull up the 2nd image. The entry numbers are progressing, but the screen is locked on imagine #1.

    Hi Colleen

Please post your batch's Batch Code. It is at the end of your batch's name enclosed in brackets [MXXX-XXX]. Likely, you don't need all the entries the system provided you and need to use the trashcan to delete the extra ones. I don't want to give you a possibly wrong answer based on a guess, so please post your Batch Code so we can look at it and give you an accurate answer.

I could only index one image. When I clicked to move on to image #2, the index content appeared but the image stayed on the first image. I am indexing batch [M3LH-JYV].

    Hi Coleen.

Thanks for posting the Batch Code.

Your batch is "Access Restricted" for me. Maybe one of the moderators can look at it and advise you on what to do. Please post the full name of your batch.

If the restriction is because of a locality like Minnesota or Australia, perhaps someone who can work on it or a Moderator will see the batch name and might be able to contribute/help.

    Thanks and good luck.
