Search not working
Has anyone (or everyone) complained that if you try to "find" someone, the computer kicks you back to the login page. If you try to use an ID number, the computer often won't allow the search and gives an error message. This has gone on for about a week. Are the engineers working on a solution? Very frustrating. I've not experienced any problems with the 'Find' function lately and have just tried a selection of PIDs - all worked with no problems.
I don't know if you've already tried this, It's an oldie, but simple one - have you cleared your cookies lately?

When part of the programme doesn't seem to be working properly, it can often be cured by these simple actions. Let us know if it persists.
