Reference Images
Seems like every batch I work on the reference images are not available. Is anyone else having trouble with this?

Yes, I continually have problems with reference images. It doesn't happen for every batch, but it is happening for a batch I am currently reviewing (see below). And it is very annoying, disappointing, and compromises the integrity and validity of our Indexing results. Reference images have had problems for quite a while - this problem below (of "Forbidden" images) for Indexers and Reviewers - and that Helpers who view a shared batch cannot see the Reference images - ridiculous. These problems deserve immediate attention.
Moderators and software engineers - where are you? I have reported these problems numerous times. Please fix them once and for all!!

We have reported the problem ourselves since it limits our ability to help. We know it is frustrating.
