FHC premium sites need passwords for access.

I completed the initial setup for two computers in my ward's history center. The computers are connected to the 10.135.* network (port 6 on the managed switch in the equipment room) as verified by running ipconfig.

I started Firefox as patron, and also as administrator. In both cases the premium site link is on the toolbar like it is supposed to be. I click the premium site link and get the page listing premium sites.

However, when I click the anscestry.com link on that page I get to a page that tells me it is the institutional site and requests a user name and password, which I do not have and was not needed in the past.

One of the newspaper sites also required a login.

Something apparently failed in the setup process. What do I need to run to complete the registration?

Since you can see the list of websites, you obviously have the browser extension. This is from the knowledge article "Premium websites ask for sign-in".
