I lost ability to scroll through my search results.

The problem appeared when you changed your format, so its on you, not me. Familysearch.org is no longer the fun it once was. Why would you "fix" something that wasn't broken?

    @tclarke1

    FYI

    I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...

    Just in passing ...

It is most likely, your Computer/Browser/Operating System, rather than 'FamilySearch' ...

    Questions/Suggestions:

    [ 1 ]

IF, you have not already; THEN ...

An "Oldie"; but, STILL, often, a "Goodie" ...

Have you to tried, 'Clearing', the 'Cookies'; &, the 'Cache', of your 'Browser' (&, even, 'Browsing History'), lately?

It does not always work; but, more often than not it does ...

    [ 2 ]

What, "Browser"; and, "Operating System", are you using?

And, are the, "Browser"; and, "Operating System", that you are using,

▬ FULLY "Supported", by 'FamilySearch'?; and/or,

    ▬ "Up-to-Date"?

[ ie. With the LATEST (or, in the least, the PREVIOUS ] "Versions" of each ... ]

I principally use, the "Browser" of 'Google' "Chrome"; but, also, the "Browsers" of, (Often) 'Mozilla' "FireFox"; and, (Sometimes) 'Microsoft' "Edge", all with the "Operating System", of "Windows 10"; and, all with the LATEST "Versions" of each.

IF, your, "Browser"; and, "Operating System", are NOT using the LATEST (or, in the least, the PREVIOUS ] "Versions", of each; plus, if your "Browser", is NOT fully supported, by 'FamilySearch'; THEN, you may (or, I suggest, WILL) have problems/issues, using 'FamilySearch'.

    Just my thoughts.

    Good Luck.

I hope, that this may help/assist, somewhat.

@tclarke1We are not able to replicate this problem. Are you still unable to scroll through search results? If so, could you provide us with a bit more information so we can try to find a solution for you?

--Where exactly are you searching? Are you searching within Family Tree? Are you searching Historical Records? Where did you click to begin your search? The more details you can provide about your search, the better.

--Tell us about your computer. What operating system do you use? Which version of the operating system? What browser do you use? Have you updated it recently?

--Have you tried clearing your FamilySearch cookies? Sometimes this simple task solves problems. You can do it by going to

    https://www.familysearch.org/cookies

I am having exactly the same problem since Familysearch changed it historical results format. The search sidebar on the right functions as normal, but the results pages just don't scroll. All other pages I've checked, seem to work perfectly ok. So it seems a bit ridiculous that it's got something to do with my browser and/or cookies. I had cleared my cookies earlier, but still the pages won't scroll. It is very frustrating. I'm using Google Chrome browser on a chromebook, which is the same I was using for the last three years before the format changed. The scrolling works fine on my mobile phone.
