I am just another 'lowly' User/Patron ...
[ And, I happen to be a Member of the Church ... ]
Just in passing ...
Depending on, one's "Location", in the World ...
Many of us, have now, LOST the ability, to DIRECTLY "Telephone", that of 'FamilySearch' "Support" ...
[ And, of course, the "Live" ('On-Line') "Chat" ... ]
It 'looks' like, that ONLY those Users/Patrons, in "North America" ( ie. USA; and, Canada), have such ability.
This is "Very" DISAPPOINTING; when, we DID have that ability/access; and, now, that has been WITHDRAWN ...
Certainly NOT helpful at all ...
Just my thoughts.
