FHC: Computer Information Support Tool / Missing Information

When we select the Computer Information Icon we do have the Information page (22.5.8) successfully display. Unfortunately, it does does not provide the Win10 Build that is currently on the pc.

How do we correct this?

by going to fhc.software/tools and downloading version 22.5.14

The version you have does not recognize windows10 Build 1909 or below. The new version does display those old unsupported Builds.

I went into the Family History Center on Saturday.

Downloaded version 22.5.14 and it worked.
