My Family Search account has glitches
Is anyone else having trouble with familysearch working? Mine won't source link, the find tab is not working and I get error messages and it won't let me get help. I've never has this happen before and it's been going on for several days.
Help is not user friendly anymore. Where can I find a phone number to call familysearch, I can't find that either.
Any ideas???

Help is always available by clicking on the question mark near your name in the top right corner. It will also have the link for contacting FamilySearch.

Just quickly ...
For starters ...
Question: Have you tried, the "Oldie"; but, STILL, a 'Goodie" ...
ie. "Clearing", the "Cookies"; and, "Cache" of your "Browser" (and, even, you "Browsing History" )
It does not always work; but, more often than not, it does.
Give that a go.
Get back, if it does not.

I am so sorry you are having a problem using FamilySearch. A couple of great comments have already been shared. The best way to get Contact information for our support team is to click the Help icon at the upper right, then click Contact Us. As you click on the United States, the following contact information populates so that you can call our support team, send us an email, or provide detailed information about your concerns here in the Community.
