Internal Server Error message on Search>Family Tree
500 Internal Server Error
We are sorry, but the page you are trying to access has an error.
Above is the message I've been getting for the last couple of days when trying to search for individuals across the whole site (i.e., Search>Family Tree)
Anyone know what is going on? Is this a hiccup as part of the May updates?

We have been having this problem since may updates also. It is on one of our computers in the household but not on the other! We are family history consultants and while working in a group setting with people 4 out of the six people are having this problem also. Constant 500 internal service error and page refreshing over and over again for no reason! Tried to call Family Search and they said they have no one else having this problem--it must be our computer :(

@Dee Smith 111 What may be causing your problem, in July 2023, may not be related to the previous poster's issue in May 2022.
Basic troubleshooting first: Have you cleared your FamilySearch site-specific cookies and cache? Or, have you tried accessing FamilySearch with a different browser?
