Reviewing in indexing is not allowing me to see earlier or later images for my batch

I am reviewing civil records for Mexican states. Often, I need to see the just prior image to the first image or the image right after the last image of the batch in order to see all the information that has been indexed. The system is giving me the following message "Image currently unavailable (Forbidden)" and does not allow me to see it. As a result I cannot determine if all the indexed info I am reviewing is correct. For example, if the marriage record begins at the end of the last image and does not yet mention the name of the couple or their parents (that is on the next image), I cannot verify those fields because the system does not let me see that next image after the end of the batch.

    Hi @FreemanFrankV.

I've occasionally had that problem with some reference images when reviewing, but never all of them. They need to fix this and other reference image-related issues. Please post your batch code - it is the set of numbers and letters that begins with an M and sits at the end of your batch name inside square parentheses [ ]. It looks like MXXX-XXX.
