re: How Do I Delete a Person

Thank you for this great question. In our experience, no two people have the same ID number, even if they have the same name. We have looked up the ID LVMX-HNM and don't see a child with the same name.
On the Person View page, it may appear that two people have the same number. When you have scrolled down to the Family Members section, Abigail Dustin is listed on the left side of the screen as a spouse of Albert Lockwood, and on the right side of the screen as a child of Samuel Dustin & Margaret Aiken. This might be the confusion.
We did notice that there is a possible duplicate, Abigail Dusten, LR7P-369, listed in the Research Help. You may want to compare and resolve this.
We hope this answers your question, and maybe you have already resolved the issue. I have attached a knowledge article about the unique ID assigned to each person in FamilySearch.
Keep up the great work Gwen, contact us again if this didn't answer your question or you have a new one.
Thanks, Sister Monson

Hello,
Thank you Julia, Brett and Marsha. Last night when I clearly thought about what I was asking and what I was asking was nuts! Of course there are two Abigail's with the same ID! Abigail is Samuel and Margaret Aiken's daughter and she married Albert Lockwood.
Does anyone have an idea why the "box" with the three children (John, Abigail and Betsy) is vibrating? Could it be because I got ahead of myself and put children before I finished Abigail's line? If not I don't know why that is happening?
Gwen
