I'm curious as to what images 2 and 3 would be considered, since they look like they belong with image 4. And do I mark 2 and 3 NED?

When I look at each of these images all of them appear to be for a different person. In that case you would index them all. Maybe I am not understanding your question but that is the answer unless you can clarify further.
