How to activate my account
I created my account with Family Search, but it says my account isn't authorized and needs to be activated. Where do I go to activate my account?

IF, you are; THEN. please advise.
As, your 'FamilySearch' Account, will need to be "Authorised"; and, activated, by 'FamilySearch' "Support", yo use the "Family Tree" Part, of 'FamilySearch'.

Your account has now been activated and you should now be able to sign in.
If you are still unable to sign in please contact FamilySearch Support via https://www.familysearch.org/en/fieldops/asia-australia-new-zealand-pacif ic-islands-and-philippines-contact-us

Thank you for contacting us regarding activating your account.
When you set up an account, a verification code will be sent to you. If you have it sent to an email it is valid for 48 hours. If you do not receive it, please call 1 866 406 1830 and ask to have the verification code resent to you. Sometimes the code can take up to an hour to receive depending your internet speed. The smaller email providers sometimes block the email. We always suggest you check your spam or trash folder. If you do not receive it and have a email provider that blocks, we suggest you open up another one such as gmail, yahoo, or other email company. Family Search can update your email. You can also receive it via text; when this process is done there are several additional steps to be taken. There may be charges placed on your phone. Either way please call Family Search and we will be happy to assist.
