I need access to three microfilms that have not been digitized and I am wondering when they will be. Someo, Ticino, Switzerland:

Four families are waiting to finish their histories and we don't have access. Thanks.

The presence of a number in the DGS column indicates that these films have been digitized.

The problem is that FamilySearch doesn't have permission to publish them. Note also that when a film has multiple Items (like the first and third row of your screenshot), they need permission to publish ALL the Items- it's "all or nothing".

The middle row has no other Items on the same film, so the reason FamilySearch can't publish it must be to do with those records. It could be that Swiss privacy laws are very strict and records from 1899 cannot be published. But if not, it means the record owner/custodian has not given FamilySearch permission to publish them. The most likely reason for this is that the records are behind a paywall somewhere. Therefore I suggest looking into whether these records can be found on a subscription website such as Ancestry.com

The FHL Lookup Service may also be useful: https://www.familysearch.org/en/wiki/FHL_Lookup_Services
