Washington State Death Records-Place of Death

When recording the place of death it tells us not to list hospitals or addresses. What do we enter if that is the only information provided.

    Just a blank using Ctrl + B

    But, I think when it is a death certificate, then you will put at LEAST the state of death, because of this weird instruction in the field help:

    For death certificates, the name of the state was usually indicated at the top of the document. Make sure to include that information in this field.
