I am reviewing a family, and one of the members, the last one listed, has been left out of the blue markings, so I cannot even include her in the review. Is there any way to get her into her family?

@Burr Dallof, I understand that you are unable to review a family member that is not highlighted blue. You should be able to click on her name or beside her name so it will highlight and then you can continue. Having said this, if the individual is completely missing from the list to review for the family but you see it on the form, then do a feedback for the issue.

    1. At the top of the page, click Feedback.
    2. Click the box next to the sentence, "The index is missing names or includes names that shouldn't be there.”
    3. Click Submit.

I hope that this has helped you. We appreciate all that you are doing!

When I was checking indexing, and came across a persons given name that was not highlighted in blue, I clicked on report an issue that is if that is what it was called. I reported the name was missed, and hoped that whomever got to review this report could fix it.

I also notice that in most cause a line under the head of household at surname had a line to indicate that the family members had the same surname. However at times this line was highlighted in blue indicating to type in the surname.
