David,, I use Ancestral Quest for my research media where I collect names and data and when I have adequate sources I load the information from AQ to FamilySearch. I add images and sources, images as memories. I have been able to add the memories directly from AQ to Family Tree but two weeks ago something changed and the images will not load to FamilySearch. Their techs tell me something changed in FamilySearch. I contacted FamilySearch support and got no satisfactory answer but was told I now had to add the images directly to Family Tree. I have about 300 image left out of 3000 and hope to continue using the AQ route and not have to add the images twice, once in AQ and again in FamilyTree. Is there a bug or change in the FamilySearch program that needs to be fixed so we can continue to use the AQ route to FamilySearch and add the images as before.

    Thanks, Marvin Kuchar

Please work with the support staff of Ancestral Quest. They will need to adjust their program to work with any changes that FamilySearch may have implemented.
